1 banana
1/3 c whey protein
1/2 c fat-free chocolate frozen yogurt
1 c fat-free milk

ALMOND BEEF STIR FRY

1 1/2 cups brown rice, uncooked
2 canola oil
3/4 pound sirloin, thinly sliced
2 stir-fry vegetables, frozen
2 reduced-sodium soy sauce
3/4 cup slivered almonds

Cook the rice. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok. Add the sliced sirloin and stir-fry over medium-high heat. Add the vegetables, soy sauce, and almonds; stir and cook for 5 minutes. Serve over the rice.
